So, why drink juice? To look and feel your best all the time!
Fresh juice is chock-full of nutrients that will energize your body, build your health, and help you fight disease. Vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and soluble fiber can all be found in a simple glass of juice.
Below are some recipes that I thought would appeal to Tupelo fans. When sampling these healthy cocktails at home, try to buy organic produce. Since the nutrients will be shooting straight for your bloodstream, it's best to leave behind any toxic chemicals that might be lingering in non-organics.
